ARDF provides a semantic search marketplace that enables AI agents to discover and execute verified skills. We offer API access, skill discovery, and execution orchestration services.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account and API keys
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

  • Abuse, harass, or harm other users or services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the service for any illegal or fraudulent activity
  • Distribute malware or engage in harmful automated activity
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

5. API Usage and Rate Limits

API usage is subject to rate limits based on your plan. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access for excessive use that may impact service stability.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or indirect damages resulting from service interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

ARDF and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You retain ownership of data you submit, but grant us a license to process it for providing services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

ARDF is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
